Recording & burning records
Can you separate or mark each track when recording & burning old records to cd's that will allow you to choose to play any track individually instead of consecutively on playback in a cd player?

I've used CTRL+B before. It places a marker in the recording, but I've never tried burning directly to a CD.

Yes, use Ctrl+B to create labels at track breaks - Export Multiple as WAV 16-bit PCM Stereo (And your Audacity project rate should have been set to 44.1kHz) - then use CD burning software to create a music CD not a data CD - and use good quality CD-Rs NOT CD-RWs.
