Add in a "pause" to end of track

Okay, so I am trying to edit a ringtone from Skype. My goal is to add in about a 5 second gap, basically just a pause before the track is over where there is no sound so that there is a space between the file re-playing itself as I am making a call. It is quite annoying to hear the ringtone go off back to back with no pause in-between. Would anyone know how to do this?

Go to the end of the track and generate 5 seconds of silence ("Generate" menu).
Then Export the track.
