I have selected sections of songs and placed the tracks into a dvd slideshow I am doing. I have a section of dead air between tracks and have tried everything to delete it....is there any way to put all the selections into one track and have it as one continuous feed for the dvd?

Re: dead air
You can edit them together. Open the first one in a fresh Audacity and then cut and paste each song onto the same timeline one after the other. Export as one WAV or MP3 file--not Save.
What program are you using to produce your slide show? If it's a CD authoring program, they almost always insist on a 2-second gap between songs and it can be difficult to get rid of it.
