Do I have a chance???

First of all, I would like to thank those that have taken the time to build this application. I gladly donated $10 and if I wasn't broke, I would have paid even more!

What I would like is some feedback on what I am trying to do so that I can get a sense if this is unrealistic or not. My daughter is getting married next May and I would like to record the song Lullaby by Billy Joel using my voice. The song would be played while she and I walked down the aisle together. I have read a couple of comments that stripping the voices from a song is very hard and sometimes impossible. Since I am a newbie to all things regarding music recording, I wanted to post the question here. Is it feasible to do this or would I be wasting my time? If so, do any sites offer the original music for songs without the voice? Thanks in advance for any and all comments.
