I recorded a funny conversation between my friend and this chavy guy, but unfortunately i left the game volume on world at war turned up. As a result, it is hard to hear the voices in certain parts. I was wondering is it possible to split the game audio and the voice audio

No. You can't take a finished show apart into individual voices or instruments. You can't change the volume of one and not the others.

Sometimes in very high quality (music CD) stereo shows, you can remove the singer with Effect > Vocal Removal. But most of the time that doesn't work, either.
