Hi I have just started using Audacity and it worked at first when I imported an mp3 but I think I hit something(don't know what) and now no matter what fileI open there isno sound during playback.....any ideas??

Edit > Audacity Preferences > Audio I/O, then check what is set as your Playback Device.

Check also to see if you've muted anything in Volume Control.
