Hey everyone,

When recording my mouth usually "sticks together" and when i talk it sometimes makes an odd noise, the sound of saliva if you will, its very quiet, but noticeable,
its highly annoying and i can't stop myself from doing it so i was wondering if there was something i could about it with Audacity. It doesn't happen all the time, but
frequently enough to make it a problem, my current logitech usb desktop microphone picks it up and i really need some help! Thanks

You might try first installing Audacity 1.3.12. Audacity 1.2 tools are hopelessly simple and out of date.

Then, and this is going to be a little rough, try zooming into one mouth tick and use that as the profile for the Noise Reduction Tool.

Then apply the tool with a really gentle reduction number like 6dB, 8dB, and 10dB. If you do too much, you're going to mess with the crispness of the rest of the show.

There's a lot of reasons why this wouldn't work, but it might.
