(Feature Request) "Timer Record" minimized to the taskbar!

Hello,

When I use "Timer Record" I would really like to be able to minimize both the "Timer Record Progress" and "Timer Record Waiting for start" windows to the bottom taskbar.

I need this because sometimes I set a recording and still do other things on the computer at the same time.

Please add this.

Thanks

Can you not minimise them on Windows?
Which version of Audacity and which version of Windows are you using?

I am using Audacity 1.3.12 Beta on Windows 7 64 Bit.

And there seems to be no way to minimize these 2 windows.

The only minimize button even showing is the one on the main Audacity window however you can use that minimize button because that window does not have the focus.

Just a quick comment that Audacity is not a Windows program. It runs on all three computer platforms and changing the Look and Feel like that isn't trivial.

What happens in Apple Snow Leopard on an Intel Mac? Red Hat?

That does not work in this case.
