I installed Audacity on my machine and it runs fine, but when I installed it on three other machines it receives the following error whenever you try to run it.
Error Signature
AppName: audacity.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: audacity.exe
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0000b7ec
The only difference is that I am an administrator of their computers and they aren't. Their machines are locked down. Do they need to be administrators to run this program?

Re: Error when starting Audacity
Audacity needs access to its temporary folder, which is probably located in your Administrator profile (which they do not have access to). The temp folder is set in "Edit > Preferences > Directories"
