Hi again Mic.
The settings in the Windows Control Panel and in Audacity Preferences (your posted images) look correct.
This just leaves the Realtek mixer/control panel (the Realtek GUI). Realtek (usually?) use their own GUI(graphical user interface) rather than the standard Windows Mixer - it may look something like one of the images I posted earlier. You need to select the correct recording input in that.

If you open Audacity, you can click on the recording meter to enable it, which is a convenient way to see if Audacity is receiving a signal.
