Hi, dear friends is it possible in Audacity to Import and Export sound files WAV, AIFF, AU, and Ogg Vorbis. please give me some tips how to work with it

Note that this is the manual for 1.3 - but I have just advised you in your other thread to upgrade to 1.3 anyway
