I recently purchased a "Grace Digital" tape2USB device to transfer my cassette tapes to my computer. the device came with audacity software. I installed it and followed the instruction and ... nothing... it is as if the computer is not receiving any signal. Now I'm sure this is simply operator error, but unless I can get some assistance, I now have a $100 paper weight. I do not want to have to send the deivce back, but I need it to work.
When I went to the Audacity web site is says you do not support windows 7 and that I should down load your bata software. I did the download and install and still nothing.
Can you please contact me with a phone number so that I can talk with you tech folks and try to resolve my problems

Re: operator error (windows 7)
Audacity is a free open source project and there are no resources to provide telephone support.
What do you mean "nothing"? Does the Audacity program open? Any error messages?eclipse2406 wrote:I did the download and install and still nothing.
