Can't export MP3s

Everytime I try to export an mp3 to my desktop using windows vista a box pops up that says "Could not open MP3 Encoding Library".I'm not computer very literate so a simple explanation would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Since you are using Vista you should be using Audacity 1.3.12 (you have posted in the Audacity 1.2.x part of the forum).
You can download Audacity 1.3.12 from here:

Hi I just made a song using audacity and I made it into an mp3 I am visting vista and I downloaded the lame mp3 comverter I converted the song to mp3 but I don't know where to find the song
