Voice changing in audacity, in a program like skype?

I have the plugin.

My question is, how to voice change while my friend records on his end? It's needed because we're trying to make an audiofile for school purpose, but need a higher voice for this project than either of us can achieve.

I know it's doable in mixcraft, but is it doable in audacity? We're trying to do it live. So voice changing it instantaneously, not just editing a file.

Audacity does not do "live" processing.
