Hi,
I was wondering if there's a way of detecting clicks and pops, other than by listening. My hearing isn't as sharp as it once was, and I suspect those with more sensitive hearing may pick up what I miss.

Re: click pop detection
You can usually "see" the clicks if you switch to Spectrum view and zoom in - the click will normally show as a strong vertical pink line. In 1.2.x you can only delete or redraw by hand the offending portion - 1.3.x Beta versions have an excellent new Repair function which will fix up to 128 samples by interpolating from neighbouring waveforms.
I gave up manual click removal a while ago and bought a piece of software to do the job - see this thread: http://audacityteam.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=1994
