I'm trying to edit a song that is a M4A software, after a while I realized that it is th wrong software, how can I quickly and freely change it into a software Audacity can use?
please help, I am only 13!

Audacityy 1.2 is really old and doesn't know about the modern sound formats. Try Audacity 1.3.12.

You can safely put both versions on your computer, but only use one at a time. Audacity 1.3 projects will not open in 1.2.
