as the headline says, i was wondering if there is any way that i can play the recording in a program like teamspeak or ventrilo
and i was also wondering (just since i first got this thing up) if you guys know anywhere they make custom voice changers, cause i really want one

Are you able to play the audio output of other programs (such as Windows Media Player?
If you are, then Export your Audacity Project as a WAV or MP3 file and play that file.
Audacity does not do real time processing. It is designed to record/import, then edit/process then export the finished work as a file.
