Hi,
I have an Flv file that I'm going to convert to MP3 but I want to change it. It has a loud audience ovation at the beginning and end that I would like to dampen. (I can't remove this and still maintain the integrity of the piece.)
So, my questions are -
1)Do I convert to Mp3 or ??? and do the dampening.
2) What effect, or method, should I use to do the dampening.
