Just installed Audacity and cannot open its Content File

I just installed Audacity 1.2.x onto my PC. As soon as I try to start it, I get a prompt telling me it should be located at a certain ".NKS" file. In this case, on my PC, it states that this particular ".NKS" file is "[not set]Kompakt_Sony_ACID_1.nks". For some reason, Audacity won't load up through that or any other directory for that matter. Does anyone have any suggestions??

Have you got Sony Acid Pro which comes with the Kompakt VST Instrument, and have you installed the Audacity VST Enabler? If so, Audacity can't work with VST instruments yet. Delete the VST Enabler so that Audacity can't find Kompakt, or use 1.3.12 Beta which should ignore Kompakt while still letting you use VST effects. See this Wiki page to read about Audacity's VST support.
