Removing guitar string noise from a recording

Whenever I record my guitar you can dominantly hear the guitar strings (they make a clicking noise) over the actual guitar sound. Does anyone know how to get rid of that sound? I have tried noise removal but it just got rid of the white noise.

Noise Removal is only good for constant noises like an air conditioner whine or rumble.

Many new guitar players complain about the squeak that their fingers make on the frets. Can you tell where the clicking is coming from? That's a new sound. There's almost no chance of getting rid of it, but we may be able to help you not produce it in the first place. Bruno is a top quality classical guitar player.

Sorry. I missed my cue. When you look at the blue waves of your show on the Audacity TimeLine, do they ever go all the way up and down -- like to 1.0 either direction?
