Audacity Forum

I just recorded something, but when I click "save project as", nothing happens. I just get the hourglass thing for like half a second and then nothing. I opened a new window of Audacity, copied all the tracks over to it, and then tried to close it. When it asked if I wanted to save it, I clicked yes, but again, nothing happened. I've also just clicked save and still not gotten it to work. I've tried all of these things multiple times without any luck.

Does anyone know what's going on and what can be done to fix it?

How much free disk space do you have?
What is the name that you are trying to save the project as?
Where are you trying to save it to (what is the directory)?
