not understanding the file format of wma?

I got this weird message about not understanding my wma i tried to open in audacity. i attached a screen shot of the message. so what...,i have to DL a converter to put it in audacity?

Audacity can import WMA v2 files if you add the optional FFmpeg library to your computer as described in
this Frequently Asked Question.
