For some reason, I cannot view the Meter Toolbar. I used to have it, but I have lost it somehow. Makes it difficult to set the "Line-in" volume correctly.
On the "View" dropdown, the "Float Meter Toolbar" is greyed out. There is no selectivity to either float it or dock it.
Suggestions?

[Audacity] > Preferences > Interface > Enable Meter Toolbar.
I don't remember where Preferences is on a PC. Edit?

On PC's it's in "View > Toolbars" - you just need to select it to make it visible (you can't float it if it's not there).
