Missing file

I'm running Audacity version 1.2.6. Due to a program conflict I want to uninstall Audacity but Windows Vista says file unins000.dat is missing. Can you pleas tell me how to proceed.

Reinstall 1.2.6 over the top into the same folder you originally installed it into. That will replace the missing unins000.dat file then you can double-click unins000.exe to uninstall Audacity 1.2.6.
