Help doesnt save in 44.1Khz or 16 bit when exporting a wav
I am new to all this so sorry if its been posted I searched and can't find the answer so heres my problem. I am trying to change wav files to 16 bit and 44.1Khz and it saves them in a different than specified rate always. I start audacity then drag the wav file in then click on the tab to change the bit to 16, then I change the rate to 44100 and click the tab to export it as a wav . When I go into the properties of the new saved file its always something different than it should be. What am I doing wrong? I am trying to get the wav files to 16 bit 44.1 Khz so I can use them on my Kaoss pad. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
