I have tried several options to overcome this problem.
When I attach the turntable to my pc (windows XP) a problem occurs during installation.
I have uninstalled usb and even tried updating but I still have a yellow icon next to host name.
Is there an update software I may purchase so my computer will accept the usb cable from the turntable?

Thank you for your response. I bought an ION ITTUSB Turntable (model no. 07132373 serial no. 21) n20704I05324930) and installed the CD Audacity that came with it. My driver version is 5.1.2600.1106.
I have windows xp home edition, model no. Pavilion 2E 4300 DC975A Laptop.
