I need to know if there is away to have no pause between tracks when slicing. I want the music to flow continuous but also be able to select tracks.

Can we assume you mean no gap on the music CD? That's one of the tools inside your CD burning software. Standard Red Book Music CD specifications put a 2-second gap between music selections. Many of the current burning and authoring programs give you the ability to change that number and one of the options is zero.

Even commerciallly produced CD's break this Red Book rule when appropriate - e.g. Sgt. Pepper
