export help

Can I export a File to WMA Windows Media Audio from Audacity??

I know when I make a sound file in Audacity I can export to wav mp3 and so on but I did not see windows audio??

You can with Audacity 1.3.12, but you need to also install FFMpeg.

Thanks for the help but one thing.

I un installed the old verson of Audacity and then re started the computer.

Then installed the new verson and the FFmpeg and restarted the computer.

No I go to start Programs list and can't see Audacity.

WHY???????????????????????????????????

You've not said which version of Windows you are using, but I suspect it is because you did not install it as an Administrator.

If you still have no joy, just make a Desktop shortcut to the "audacity.exe" file that is in the Audacity folder in the "Program Files" folder.
