i am trying to convert old cassettes of lectures given in a small room with little sound absorption material. they sound fine when played as cassettes. i am converting using 1.2 on win 7 os using the phone jack on the amp to the mic jack on the computer. the file sounds like it is coming from an echo or reverb chamber. i have tried everything in the effects menu with no improvment. any ideas? many thanks

thanks, i'll try different methods of connectin the amp to the cpu and see what happens.
