Just bought USB Turntable (Fission) and using Audacity (version src -1.2.6) to transfer vinyl record music to cds. I have Windows Vista system. My problem is after burning the music to cd, the cds do NOT play in my car stereo, but playing in my portable cd players and dvd players. The message in the car stereo says "CD Error" and ejects cd. Is this a common problem?

You obviously need a new car. Only the moderately high end cars will play home-burned Music CDs.

Just kidding.

"Real" Music CDs have to be made with a CD Authoring Program like Easy CD Creator, Veritas, Nero Burning ROM, iTunes, or Windows Media (in the later versions).

If you don't do that, you get a data CD and not a Music CD. Some players know how to play those anyway, but a lot don't.

Export your music as WAV files and drag them over to your authoring program and make sure it's set to burn a Music CD.

If it still doesn't work, change the burn speed of your computer or change the maker of the CD. I use Sony CDs and burn no faster than X16 on one of my older computers. I get 100% success when I do that. One of my Macs will burn much faster than that with worse disks.

Try to avoid disks with "Hi Kwality" in the title.
