Okay so here's the thing...i'm an up and coming rapper(or at least trying to be =P) but i want to put my music from Audacity onto Facebook and my friend has done it but can't or won't explain to me how he did it. He said he used some movie maker thing because the only way to do it is by putting it in video form...any idea how to do that?

Facebook must have instructions how to do that. If not that, I bet they have a help forum very much like this one. Each part of a service like FaceBook has to be specifically provided with tools and formats for you to use. Somebody somewhere must know. Google your brains out.
Once you figure out the file format, we can steer you to a way to make it.
