Help! Audacity freaked out and I lost a recording!

Help! Audacity freaked out and I lost a recording!

Audacity just crashed and I seem to have the folder with all the .au files, but the main Audacity file is missing. Is there anyway to "remake" all these individual .au files into a usable Audacity file?
