Enlarge silences

Hey,

Is there a way to enlarge all the silences in a track? So, first select them easy and enlarge every silence for example with 0,5 sec.
I just want a bigger break between every word. The audio - files who are created by software (Kurzweil) are read to fast. When I change the Kurzweil - settings to read slower, then the voice really begins to 'sing'...

maybe but i don't know any easy way to do that. have you tried to *both* slow down the speed after you raised the pitch? you should be able to slow it down and still be able to hear it okay.
