Problems with Importing

Post by Zyntax » Sun Mar 21, 2010 10:57 pm

Hello, thought i would be better at this than it actually turned out...
When importing a song into Audacity, it seems the song imported has been made a lot shorter. When i press "play", the song only lasts for 0,095 seconds(thats what the timeline shows when song has finished) so all i get is basically some scurry tune...
The reason why I am using Audacity is that I have to make a "radio Campaign" for my school project! thought AUDACITY would be the programme
Do you guys know how to solve my importing issues written above? Thanks!

You are trying to import a file that is in an unsupported format.
Convert the file to WAV format before importing.
Foobar2000 is a free audio player that is able to convert most audio file types.
