I import an mp3 music in, split it into two monos and play it while i sang along and recorded it. Why does my voice gets sped up and went faster than the song was? I had read on the internet and I still can't find the solution for it. I did have some successful ones but sometimes the whole thing just went out of sync. Any helps?

Neither one. I believe the poster is playing back his track and singing to it and then the two performances match at the beginning but not the end. Did I hit it?
Cheap, inexpensive sound cards that don't cost very much have different electronics in the record and playback sides. Sometimes very different.
It's not unusual for recorded performances to be out of time compared to the playback and you wouldn't know until you compared them directly. You can get cheap electronics far enough off for a significant beat branch by the end of a three minute song.
Who else would know that the manufacturer cut corners? They can have thousands of cards out there before they hit one person trying to do sound production.
Anyway, you need a new or different sound card. Externals are good. We reviewed a bunch of them.

That was your problem, right? There are three different delays that PCs have when you're trying to do production.
