very new to this

im very new to this and not good with the techy stuff on computers but i have some things i have recorded from the radio to casette tapes that i want to transfer to cd ... what is the best way to do this ........ ive managed to record to audacity but now what .. and can i trim out the news bulletins and travel reports etc ........ any advice would be appreciated thanks jill

drag and drop the files you want into nero or roxio or similar
and hit the burn button

Which can be a problem if the newscast is one of those six minute long things. I get rid of those in steps:
