No. Audacity has to run a program to determine frequencies and spectrums. It runs in post production, not in real time.
In addition, most music is made of hundreds of different frequencies and you wouldn't get any meaningful results.
Third, frequency is a time function. There is no frequency at one point on the timeline which is why the spectrum tools force you to select a range of show to analyze.
