Hello,
I just recently downloaded audacity to record streaming music from my computer.
When I first recorded, it wasn't able to record anything. I searched tutorials on the internet and they seem to say the same thing: click the drop-down menu and select "stereomix"
I tried this but all I got was
"CD Volume"
"Mic Volume"
"Line Volume"
I use Windows XP and have a toshiba
Thanks so much!
No Stereomix option?

Re: No Stereomix option?
Have a look at the Windows section of this page: http://audacityteam.org/wiki/index.php? ... bar_Issues
Note also, if your computer is a laptop, it may have "Stereo Mix" disabled - if this is the case, check to see if Toshiba offer an audio driver update to fix it.
