As you have access to a RealTek on-board sound card and have found all the settings, how about writing a new post that gives details of where all these settings are? It would probably be useful to many users as the RealTek sound cards are pretty common. Unfortunately the forum software limits the number of pictures to 3 per post, but to illustrate where each of the settings are located you could spread the "tutorial" over 2 or 3 posts. You may like to edit it a bit to make it more readable (the very short lines are difficult to follow on a normal computer screen - just take out the line breaks and let the browser handle word wrap.)
