Alesis guitar link cable/ monitor latency

Has anyone experienced chronic monitor latency when using the Alesis USB guitar link cable?
Audacity 1.3 has the ability to "tune out" latency. I was able to confirm this on a multi-track I recorded recently.
The question is, of the three computer delays you can get, which one are you complaining about? Audacity can only fix one.
