Where can I find Invert in Effect-menu?

Recently I've downloaded Audacity 1.2x. I wanted to cut vocals out off the song. I'm using the dutch version so I'm looking for the "inverteren' button. It's supposed to be under the effects-menu, but I can't find it. I have selected the song, so that can't be the problem. Can someone help me? Thnx a lot!

Audacity 1.3 has a packaged Vocal Removal Tool in the Effects menu. It does all splitting and flipping for you.

You can install both Audacity 1.2 and 1.3 safely, you just can't use both at once. Audacity 1.3 projects will not open up in 1.2.

Don't be too crushed if it doesn't work. Most of the time it doesn't. If you have a two-track mono show (a lot of internet performances), you're dead. You need a perfect quality stereo show for the tools to work.

There's a list of problems like that.

It appears that it has been missed out from the translation in the Dutch 1.2.6 version.
The 1.2.6 version is virtually obsolete now so I doubt that anyone will be fixing that. Is it present in the Dutch installation of Audacity 1.3.11?
