Need program to extract vocals & keep vocals/music in tracks

Seperate tracks, that is.

I've lately gotten into the habit of Chipmunking songs, and it'd be so much better if I could extract the vocals, chipmunk them, and patch them back onto the song without messing it up. Is this possible?
