Saving WAV and MP3 audio
I am having difficulty in saving WAV files to a CD or MP3 files to an MP3. Can you provide any assistance? I thought that this was going to be easy to do but for some reason I can take the information from a record to my PC but it will not tranfer onto a disk or the MP3. Hope you can help or we will have to take this back to the store. I was hoping it would be easier because it was a gift for my husband and he is a novice with the PC. If I can't get it to work, he certainly won't be able to and will become more frustrated then I have been. I have worked with this all afternoon and haven't gotten it to work yet.

Audacity will not save a sound file. Export As WAV to get a music file that you can burn to a Music CD in Windows Media or other progam.

That is what I did. it went to the HD, then i tried to use RealPlayer to put it on a CD. it didn't work.
