Renos.y is the name of the trojan that my AV software picked up (trend micro antivirus), but it's unable to delete the Trojan and I can’t open the drive D, E, F. so what do i do now?

Maybe I should reinstall my computer and restore the data with EASEUS data recovery wizard or other data recovery programs.

Borrow a computer so you can go online and Google your brains out. Find out everything there is to know about that virus, sorry trojan.

Typically they try to not damage your machine so they can use it for themselves in the background. It's actually pretty unusual for them to trash your machine like that. What's the point? You can't spread it now.
