ITUNES software won't work...really bad problems ??

We purchased an ION TTUSBOS Turntable for Christmas. Tried to load the software that came with it and could not get Itunes to load properly. We would get through the whole thing and then when trying to open itunes, "I'm sorry, we must close and lose information..." microsoft error. UGGHH. We went through uninstall, reinstall several times....all the same thing. We FINALLY did a system restore and itunes is STILL on here and yet STILL gets the error. The only way we were able to continue was to IGNORE that stuff and went directly to audacity and downloaded that version.

Now...does anyone know how to remove itunes or to get a REAL uninstall? We'll write itunes as well but this is really strange.

itunes from Apple is nothing to do with either the ION USB turntable or audacity, so you will have to contact Apple support for help with the problem (or try searching on the web)
