Harmonizing, synth or something?

I'm making a song and its a remix which means its gonna be similar to the original, and the original has a lot of harmonizing init. I'm not sure how to make that harmonzing sound, or synth whatever its called. to understand what I mean listen to this song, the first verse and chorus shows what i mean

if this can be done in audacity, plz tell me, if not can u tell me wt program will?

The instruments are obvious synths, but there is an effects voice in there that sound something like this...

That's a vocoder and there's one built into the effects package of Audacity 1.3.

You apply two different sounds and the vocoder changes one sound to match the other. That's the Frampton singing guitar.
You can have 1.2 and 1.3 on your machine as long as you only use one at a time. Audacity 1.3 projects will not open in 1.2.
