Problems with 'Export As MP3' (lame_enc.dll)

I've been trying to get the lame_enc.dll into Audacity so I can Export as MP3, but it's not working.

I've followed the instructions at the above website to a T, but nothing works. I've gone into Edit - Preferences - Export MP3 setup to do this also, but when I select lame_enc.dll, it tells me that 'MP3 exporting plugin not found'.

I've searched through FAQ's and the Audacity Wiki for answers and found none. I'm willing to get screencaps. Can someone please help?

Download the ZIP version (for Windows) from this page: http://lame.buanzo.com.ar
Extract the contents of the zip file into your Audacity folder (which is in "Program Files").
Open up Preferences (from the Edit menu) and on the "File Formats" page, click on the "Find Library" button.

Ah, thank you so much! It worked perfectly and instead of the usual 'MP3 exporting plugin not found' I have 'LAME v3.98'.

I'm not sure why my first version of LAME didn't work, but it doesn't matter anymore, because now it does. Thank you very much!
