Need help. I have a Memorex Mobel 2650 MM0 USB Turntable hooked up to a desktop computer with Windows XP. We have used it once before without a problem, but now when we get ready to copy a vinyl album to disc we are getting the error message - "Error while opening device. Please check the input device settings and the project sample rate". Can't figure out from the book that anything is set up improperly and tried deleting the software and reinstalling, but continue to get the same error message. What do we need to do to take care of this problem?

Make sure that the turntable is plugged into the computer, powered on and recognised by Windows before you open Audacity.
