multi tracking

how can you ( or can you) record seperate tracks simultaneously? i have a usb interfaced mixer, but i don't know how to designate input 1 is track 1 and input 2 is track 2 and so on. some help would be awesome

Does your mixer support multi-channel recording over USB?
