I made a recording that was about five minutes long, and then Audacity crashed. I followed the steps at http://wiki.audacityteam.org/index.php? ... shRecovery to recover my file, but it's only ten seconds of it! Can anyone help me get my full recording back?

Probably not. When Audacity crashes, and depending on why it crashed, it becomes unstable and may destroy some of the original work or make it unreadable.

Until the crash recovery tools were written, all crashed shows were history.

You might consider doing an error check and defragment on your computer. If there's that much damage, it may affect other productions.

RightClick Start > Explore > RightClick C: > Properties > Tools > Error Check and Defragment.

Do the error check first. If that fails, don't do anything else and get your computer serviced.
